For time being wifey’s shop will offer 10% discount on all items and yes, it will be delivered to your doorstep (to confirm this, you better visit the website and ask wifey herself). Wifey told me about her conversation with her soon to be left employer which come to the point when her boss ask her whether the goals set by the future company achievable or not. She did reply that last year the department that she will be joining soon over hit their quotas or over achieve. Well her boss just retorted with “Last year was a good year”.
In my opinion, that remark is lil bit not that too professional. Why? Because first of all still a proper unit cohesion, planning, organization and execution of the plan required to achieve(or over achieve in this case) whatever goals. So for wifey roles in her new company soon, she needs to plan, organizing, controlling, commanding and co-ordinating (as far as I remembered my Management Principles subjects).
Okay, basically the roles that I’ve mentioned above is the summarize of th 14 Henri Fayol’s Management Principles. So for wifey what she has to do (again) is:
PLAN = Examining the future and preparing the action plan. The element of strategy. So reading financial /budget report/forecast is a must for wifey :))
ORGANIZE = build up structure, material and human resource
COMMAND = To maintain the activity among the personnel
COORDINATE = Binding together, unifying and harmonizing all activity and effort.
CONTROL = Seeing that everything occurs in conformity with established rules and expressed command.
Wifey is entering a new era of challenges, work scopes and responsibilities where her judgment or decision will has impact on her unit or department. I wish her a very best of luck and yeah, it is my responsibility also to support or assists her in term of some advice or perhaps just be a good listener.
But there’s no way I want to read those financial/budget reports or forecast and give wifey the summary.

Te HE He He

Talking about transition yesterday, wifey successfully get the post that she applied. Actually it’s a walk in interview. So now I have to call wifey Mrs Manager as her position at the new company is Channel Manager for 2 IT products which surprisingly my company is one of her clients. Meaning in the future, some guys who responsible for purchasing this particular products have to deal with wifey. And yeah, her new company is one of the public listed companies in the Main board. So for time being she has 2 things to brag about while at home. 1st her salary definitely much much higher than me and of cause she will brag about her new company as well. Haha well the only thing that I can say is we can win some, but also we have to lose some.
Anyway still congratulations to dearie wifey. So now perhaps she can sponsor my new macbook or macbook pro?

Sorry mate, I didn’t celebrate this so-called lovers’ day. For me, every single day is valentine’s day and in no fscking way I need just one day or have to wait for this day to express my feelings to my loved ones. Do you?
Updates:
As wifey did post something related Valentine’s day here, I have to post something to tell her that there’s no one else in this world can replace her.
Kau masih ku cintai, sungguh
Dari awal dulu hingga hari ini
Aku pasti, seyakinnya pasti
Kau lah satu untuk ku
Kau masih Dewi hatiku, sungguh
Biar sejuta tahun hilang di hari
Usah gusar sayang usah ragu
Aku milikmu
Cinta ku jika kau tanya pada bintang
Gemilauan sinar tak kan hilang
Akan aku sinari duniamu
Moga terpadam sangsi mu
Cintaku jika kau lihat tingginya awan
Tak kan tercakar tinggi cintaku
Hanya hati ku tahu apa mahuku
Kan dunia ku pastinya milikmu
Hingga ke akhir hayatku
Kau masih ku cintai, sungguh
Dari hari pertama kau ku nikahi
Aku pasti, yakin dan pasti
Engkau milik ku
p/s: It happens that I’ve listened to this song last nite.

Wifey was invited to sit on the advisory committee for ILP/Adtec level (CAD). She asked me whether to accept the invitation or not. Without any hesitation I did ask her to accept. IMHO it’s a recognition for her ability, knowledge and skills in CAD insdustry. She’s been in the industry for 10 years now and in my opinion it’s important to get recognition from your peers and the industry. I never have any doubt in her ability either in performing her responsibilities as a CAD consultant or her roles as a wife and a mother to my children. She is a strong willed and mentally tough woman which are the characteristics that I admire for a long time and also which made me loves her so much. Between both of us, she is the one who has the courage to start her own business (I am lil bit “safety-player, low risk” type of person). I do have plan to have my own business but that after I feel confident, experienced enuff to start one.
For time being all I do is giving all the support to her as much as I can.
Anyway whutever the outcome, I always be proud and grateful to have her as my wife. Hopefully my daughters will follow their mother footsteps. Amin.

I cant post a comment on your blog la dear..
Want me to use AutoCAD to design a house? or simply said.. an interior decor of the house? AutoCAD sucks.. not that friendly and no inteligence command to design those kinda stuff. they’ll be another autodesk range products called revit.. that’ll be most suitable application I would use to design those and render it using max/viz… That’ll be nice. But dear, my PC cant support the application. Perhaps you need to buy a laptop or another machine if you really wanna see it virtually.
I would say that you’ll get what you want dear…
