Actually I didn&#039;t say hacking is a waste of time, in fact it is not. But there are ways that we can perform our hacking techniques or enhance our skills and those creativities need to be channeled properly.

And yes i do agree with you that the response from the authority is abysmal but sometimes there are things that we didn&#039;t know happened within certain agencies. Like applications/devices ownership and also the support given by the vendors in case of immediate responds required.

Unfortunately most of these vendors are mainly aim for the monetary perspective only and disregard any proper services for their own client and most of the time provide either slow or inappropriate support or respond to the agencies&#039; request.</description>
