It is quite difficult when people failed to realize that there are times when you can be their friends and there are also times that we do need to be professional when doing our works. Accountability, credibility must be taken into account when executing our daily tasks. Be responsible on every tasks entrusted to you by the management. Sometimes we do not see the mistakes or the flaws in the process of completing our tasks hence we need somebody to point out these mistakes and provide the better way of completing the tasks without compromising the quality of the result.

Meetings are where the interactions between all the participants are required. A meeting where you are not allowed to said something or every opinions were shot down is not a meeting. That can be called a lecture, outburst or “sesi luahan rasa”. A meeting when there are no feedbacks from the attendees also can’t be called a meeting (but this kind of meetings are the ones that I always participate – unfortunately haha).

Most of the time, meetings were held just to get a solution or resolution or conclusion on certain things. So, if during the meetings you failed to voice out your opinions, views either because you agree on the solution or because you dun give a shit then by all means you have to adhere any resolutions, conclusions or results of that meeting. There’s no point for you brouhaha either complaining or else afterward.

So whenever I sending some lengthy emails touching on the mistakes within your analysis, my intention is to point out some room of improvement that you can take in order to enhance the quality of our daily tasks results. Not because of I feel like I am so damn good and better than the rest of you. No, because obviously I am NOT.

Also whenever I voiced out my opinions, views in the emails, it doesn’t mean that I want to take over my friend’s position as the Head of the unit. No sir, I am not that power crazy type of people. For me, titles and positions comes with not only responsibilities, but also additional set of skills and knowledge..(Additional set of benefits help also). For time being, it happens that I just have a lil bit more knowledge than some of you. If you feel that you don’t need these kind of coaching, so next time please do not repeat the same freaking mistakes again.
