Is it so hard to..

..detect and report an incident? This is (i dun know how many times) my group detected/ has to report an incident that happened before our shift time! If you think that this job is

a) boring. (Fuck you, it’s boring because you didn’t learn a shit and just dun want to learn)

b) Relaxing (If you want this job for the sake of having a job, fuck you again! Every job has its own responsibilities and you have to perform all its task. I dun mind if you want to relax but do your job 1st. Work smart laaaa oiiiiiiiiii!!!)

If you think that you don’t need to perform all your task, aquire the necessary skills and knowledge, then please be fair to others who want your job and who perform their task properly, please resign and find any job somewhere else so that others can take your place. Damn it!

I’m not that good but hell we learn everyday to make ourselves competent in doing our job. Are you competent? For most of you the answer is FUCKING NO!

Any problem? I am more than grateful to read your emails and comments

    in my opinion, taking a job means taking the responsibility along that comes with the job no matter how far it requires you to do.

    If you felt that the job responsibilities is too much burden to take, then the most logical action is quit, and find another job that fits you well.

    Working without passion is dangerous to yourself and to the organization you worked for.

    Keep one thing in mind, if you’re not capable in doing your job, then i don’t think you deserve to be given the job in the first place.

    if ur a more senior person in the company, why don u talk face to face. u cud even write a complain letter officialy to the management, wif ur working experience - u can influence them to take actions if wise words failed to ‘mengubah’ the turtles.

    Nope, it is not so hard to detect, if you have ids in place, but it is so hard to understand the event if lacking of information to process. Detection can be false positive or negative, the formal means nothing to you if it happens but the latter can cause permanent head damage if you don’t know shit about it or maybe you will just ignore it.

    Anyway I can say the job is pretty boring if they don’t have enough curiosity or they don’t learn what they should. By the way I agree to iman, bro you are senior and kicking them in the nutsack when needed!

    Or last resort, spare your bullets - FIRE!!!!!
