I’m planning to take a long leave (depends on how many annual leave that I have left for this year) next month. It is better for me to take what ever leave balance that I have because at the end of the day, I can only take 5 days of my annual leave to next year. Last year, I think I had few days of annual leave wasted just like that and I wont let that happen this year… So what am I going to do during those “holiday”?

Just pack my things (including my daughters and my twins) and we will head to Kuantan. As currently is the school holiday and we did not go anywhere compared to last year so I guess at least the kids can spent their free time with their grandparents.

Wifey? I’ve discussed my intention with her last few days and even though initially she’s lil bit reluctant to let us go but she did give in. I know it’s difficult for her to be far away from her children but then I think she also acknowledge that the kids need to have this change of scenery. Also perhaps wifey can take some break and have some time for herself

Me? relaxing at my parents house is good enuff.

I’ve sent an email to our HR to enquire about the balance of my annual leave and I think maybe I have around 9 to 10 days left.. And the reply…
