Hohhoho, kinda lazy today. Btw I’ve conducted another round of interview session today. Like I stated in my last posting, only 2 turn out today. Both of them are woman. Two different type of candidates. The first one graduated from UITM in MIS, active person (the amount of her certificates is more like my snort manual keh keh keh). She has a good communication skills perhaps due to her work now as Personal Assistant to the owner of the company that she worked for. I can see her interest in network security field but alas, for the postition that she applied, with her current knowledge, I dun think that I can recommend her to fill the post. BUT I believe she’s more suitable for deployment department for the position of co-ordinator (I think la). She has the talent, the passion, the interest, the curiousity but not the knowledge (for now I hope). Jang, me and yoe agreed that she shud be offered that deployment post.
The other one? Even tho she has a friend currently working in my team, still can’t get the slightest idea whut the hell that we are doing. That’s unfortunate and sad. She supposed to be well prepared to answer all the questions (And I do believe her friend did tell her the nature of our work, whut shud she studied, whut kind of knowledge needed in order to get the post even tho she denied that furiously) And I do believe that she’s the type that ” janji dapat kije cukup la” . I can’t afford to recommend this type of personality. Even tho I’m leaving The Client site by the end of this year but I do have the responsibility to make sure that the personnel that we are going to employ has the necessary skills to perform the job. Btw it’s my reputation on the line as well.
So whut am I going to do today? Besides watching Champions League games, perhaps I shud complete the template for wifey’s blog ( Oh ya, finally wifey want to have her blog hosted on this domain.)
